HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
