HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sable Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
