HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Holdings tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
