HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
