HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Fox Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
