Stonegate Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
