HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Lumen River Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
