HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
