HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
