HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit Birch Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
