HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Ember Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
