HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
