HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
