Amberfield Cedar Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
