HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
