HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
