HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
