HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
