HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Beacon Staffing Group places workers with employers around Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
