HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
