HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
