HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
