HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Quill Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
