HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
