HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Medical Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
