HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Nova Stone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
