HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
