HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
