HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Miami producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
