HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
