HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Miami and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
