HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Redstone Drift Legal Group is a Miami practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
