HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Cedar Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
