HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Lumen Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
