HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
