HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Energy is an energy provider in Memphis focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
