HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
