HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Memphis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
