HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Granite Auto Group is a Memphis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
