HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield West Arts Center is an arts centre in Memphis with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
