HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Memphis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
