HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Memphis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
