HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Nova Summit Property Management Group is a Madison property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
