HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Bright Corner Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Madison and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
