HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
