HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Northwind Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Madison focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
