HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Basin Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
