HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Madison region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 497 people based in Madison. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
