HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
