HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Redstone Hollow Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
